1. What is the duration of the dress rental period?

We offer 3, 5 and 7-day rental periods.

2. Can I extend the rental period if needed?

Since the item is likely to be reserved by other customers, we are unable to offer any rental extensions.

3. What happens if I can’t return the dress on time?

If the item is not returned after the agreed-upon return date, a late fee of (120­% of original rental fees) will be charged for each day the item is late. For example, if your rental costs 150 per day, you will be charged 180 each day the item is late. If the item is not returned within (4) days after the rental period has ended, you will be responsible to cover the full replacement cost of the item as per the item’s retail price displayed on the website.

4. Are there any additional fees or deposits required?

We charge a service fee of SAR 50, which covers delivery and return, as well as laundromat fees, and an insurance deposit of 15% of the rental’s retail price. For example, if your rental’s retail price is 2500, then your insurance deposit will be 375.

5. What happens if I damage the rented dress?

Any damage or stains will be assessed and charged accordingly. While normal wear and tear is accepted (minor stains or discoloration that can be easily removed with standard cleaning methods, slight fraying or piling of fabric in areas that receive normal wear), if rentals are returned in an unusable condition, such as (stains that can’t be removed, tears or holes, any alterations done without permission, missing or broken accessories, burn marks, missing or excessively damaged buttons or zippers, some water damage that can be permanent), then the full replacement cost of the item as per the item’s retail price displayed on the website will be charged.

6. How do I determine the right size for me?

Please refer to the size guidelines provided on the exact item you are renting, as size guides differ depending on the brand.

7. How are the items cleaned after each rental?

The items are thoroughly cleaned and maintained after each rental to ensure that they are ready for the next customer to use. The specific cleaning process can vary depending on the item’s composition.

8. How many times is each item rented?

On average, an item will be rented out 5-6 times before the piece is retired. It will then be returned back to the lender or go on sale and be available for purchase as a preloved piece on our website.

9. How far in advance should I reserve a dress?

To ensure your rental gets to you in time, the minimum number of days required for reserving an item is 4 days before your occasion.

10. Can I cancel or change my dress reservation?

Cancelations made 5 days or less prior to the requested rental date will warrant no refunds. A full refund will be given to cancelations made 6 or more days prior to the requested rental date.

11. Is shipping included in the rental cost?

We charge a service fee of SAR 50, which includes the delivery and return of your rental.

12. What does the insurance deposit cover?

The insurance deposit covers impermanent wear and tear that go beyond normal wear and tear (assessed on a case-by-case basis) and damages, as well as late returns. However, the customer is liable to cover any extra fees caused by damages or late returns that go beyond the insurance deposit.

13. How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes between 1-2 days.

14. Which areas do you ship to?

We are currently only operating and shipping within Jeddah. Our plan is to expand to serve the whole Kingdom in the near future.

15. What is the return process?

Before we send you the rental, you will be prompted to select the time window for your pickup. Our courier will head to your address within that timeframe on your return date.

16. What if I love the rented dress and want to keep it?

You are required to return your rental on time as it is likely reserved by other customers. However, our rentals will occasionally go on sale and will be available to purchase on our website.

1. How does the lending process work?

A. Fill out the lender form by clicking here.

B. If your item meets our selection criteria, you will receive an email from us with the lender agreement. We will also ask you to provide the IBAN on which you wish to receive the rental funds.

C. Depending on your location, the item will either be picked up by our courier or a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you.

D. Each time your item is rented, you will receive an email notification, and once the rental period is over, you will receive the funds within (5) business days.

2. What is the minimum duration I can lend my item for?

The minimum duration for lending is 1 month, during which we will retain possession of the item.

3. What happens if my item is damaged during a rental?

In the event of damage or theft, Capio Co. reserves the right to charge the renter for the full cost of repair or replacement of the dress.

If the item is returned in an unusable condition, such as: (stains that can’t be removed, tears or holes, any alterations done without permission, missing or broken accessories, burn marks, missing or excessively damaged buttons or zippers, some water damage that can be permanent), then the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.

While we are committed to providing help and support, it’s important to note that Capio Co. cannot undertake financial responsibility for any loss or damage. We will, however, do the utmost to assist you throughout the process.
